A: Sessions are designed to be efficient and minimally disruptive. Team photos and head shots can often be completed in under an hour, and operations coverage can be scheduled during slower patient times, lunch breaks, or before/after office hours.

Q: How does proofing and delivery work?
A: After your session, you’ll receive an online proof gallery to review. Each team member can make their own selections, and management can approve final team/office images. Once favorites are chosen, I complete the final edits and deliver high-resolution files ready for marketing use.
